We process this data on the legitimate interest to run Oxford House Menswear in an efficient and proper way to benefit our customers.

Data we hold is stored securely within our systems to prevent unauthorised access. No data provided to Oxford House Menswear (or any of our other business’) will be passed on nor supplied to any 3rd Party.
Oxford House have various data and security policies to ensure the safe keeping of the data we hold/collect.
Retention Period:
There are various lengths of time that data is kept dependent on the business need to fulfil contractual obligations through service agreements.
You have the right to be forgotten within our database if there is no overriding legitimate business need.
- Suit Hire retention period (2 Years from date of hire)
- Order details kept for possible return purpose.
What are your rights?
You have the right to ask us to provide access to rectification or erasure of your personal data. Providing you with information we hold about you is free of charge, but charges may apply for excessive requests.
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data you can contact our Data Compliance Officer who will investigate the matter further for you.
Should you be unhappy with our processes in regards to your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office, who is the regulating body for Data Protection.
Changes to this Policy:
Any changes we make to this policy will be made available via our websites and are also available on request by contacting the companies Data Compliance Officer.
Breaches:
In the unlikely event we believe there has been a serious data breach to our systems or data we will inform the Information Commissioners Office within 72 hours. We will also inform effected customers as soon as is practically possible there afterwards.
